A girl from the village, lost deep, deep in the woods,
Arrives at a mansion of the night, faded letter in hand...
She knocks on the ominous manor's damaged door;
Villager: "Is anybody there?"
Butler: "My, do you need some help?"

Maid: "Let me serve you tea! ♪"
Everyone gathers, and the guest is "appraised";
Master: "A meeting such as this, you know, must be fate!"

"A good show you put on tonight..." And it picked up the letter, weeping...

So the song is about this girl [Miku/Villager] who is exhausted after a long night of roaming around, and finally gets to her supposed destination, a gigantic mansion. The mansion goers [Gakupo/Butler, Len/Doll Boy, Rin/Doll Girl, Gumi/Maid, Kaito/Master, Luka/Lady, Meiko/Mistress] throw her a big party and they drink and have fun all night. When the girl goes to sleep, she wakes up again where the morning has never come. She tries again to fall asleep and wake up. But the sun never rises, and she begins to get scared. She thinks the party-goers are trying to kill her. [She's probably in a hangover] So she decides to go snooping, and the Doll Twins catch her in the hallway, saying they've got a 'secret', or a 'hint', then pointing out to her that the clock hands have not moved even though the clock is still ticking. She gets scared, runs away from the Doll Twins, and escapes to a secret room, where piles of coffins lay around the floor. The party-goers get nervous that she has discovered their secret, and she is still nervous that they will kill her. It turns out she is twisted into a story, where she is the main heroine and there is many bad endings to the story, and if she makes one wrong turn from writing the script, there will be a bad end. Frightened, she tries to run away, but all doors are locked and the stairs are never-ending. Too scared to be locked in forever, she finds that the clock that the Doll Twins pointed out earlier's hands are actually keys, but instead of trying to break out, she goes insane and plunges the hands into everyone's skull. The ending is a 'bad end' and after she has killed everyone, time rewinds back to the part so that the story can be told again and more villagers are trapped into the circle that the girl is now part of.
